* Restore resize controls, Make buttons oval

* Create new default configuration

* Split Configuration Mode into separate Move and Resize modes

* Add transparency setting for on-screen buttons

* Updated translations for on-screen controls

8f91fe4cd1 Revert "Repeat key down events are needed for proper key repeating" 
This key repeat filtering seems to be needed now. See #800.
