什麼時候應該使用這個 Windows 建置 FAQ？

vcpkg 下載包失敗

解決方法
使用瀏覽器下載 https://chromium.googlesource.com/libyuv/libyuv/+archive/287158925b0e03ea4499a18b4e08478c5781541b.tar.gz，然後放到 `vcpkg/downloads下，重新安裝。
Cargo.lock 裡的套件不存在

可能作者使用 git force push 覆蓋了之前的 commit。
解決方法
使用 cargo update，強制更新套件
VCPKG_ROOT 環境變數未設置
錯誤

解決辦法

未安裝 clang 環境，或未設置 LIBCLANG_PATH 環境變數
