If a mDNS response for a host happened during the period where we had removed the host from discovery, it would be re-added by mDNS without the pairing cert. Now we no longer completely remove the host and instead just remember that it's paused.

Moonlight is an open source implementation of NVIDIA's GameStream, as used by the NVIDIA Shield, but built for iOS and tvOS. Moonlight for iOS/tvOS allows you to stream your full collection of Steam games from your powerful desktop computer to your iOS device or Apple TV.
There are also versions for Android and PC.
