* Initial changes to add game shortcuts.

* Initial working cut.

* Cleanup and converting strings to resource strings.

* Additional cleanup.

* Removed a blank line

* Changes based on review feedback.

* Forgot to save some changes before commiting...

* Standardized dialogs and tried to fix the dialogs auto-closing when the PCView is already opened.
