Robert Stoneking 45407a7e3f Updated Iris language files - 
All 17 translations now use editable TOML files
Language menus and debug messages include translations
Headers explain all 243 variables, prefixes, colors and formatting
Generated guides refresh without overwriting customized messages
Missing or invalid messages fall back to English
Language reloads preserve server and player selections
Jars include localized guides and required TOML support
