This PR adds support for the changes made to the BeamNG userfolder path location. 1. Registry check for userfolder removed 2. New ini file is checked for userfolder 3. Ini parser now supports global keys --- By creating this pull request, I understand that code that is AI generated or otherwise automatically generated may be rejected without further discussion.
