Subject: [PATCH] Override NSApplicationUpdateCycleEnabled to fix reduced mouse
 polling rate

Apps built with the macOS 26+ SDK default to an event loop synchronized to the display which caps input polling rates.

We have to use the plist for the opt-out, since NSApp is already set up by Qt before SDL can set this default.
