Add Chinese Translation ( #345 )

* Chinese Translation
I have made a Chinese Translation which contains both Simplified and
Traditional.But I donk't know what the heck is going on.
Now the Simplied one works perfectly but the Tradinional one cannot work
at all,It will turns to English......
