ferrari: Add support for high brightness mode (HBM)

* Brightness from 2047 (488~ nits) to 4095 (800 nits) is HBM.
Enter HBM at >=6500 lux (outdoor daylight) and hit peak brightness
at >=10000 lux (under direct sunlight). Adjust the backlight curve
accordingly.
