to align with display DTSI's max level (qcom,mdss-brightness-min-level = 1,

* Synced screenBrightnessRamp with Oplus SM8650.
* screenBrightnessMap is preferred as it supports only floating-point values.
* Calculated High Brightness Mode (HBM) transition point as 2047/(4095-4).
The transition lux is also obtained from OplusSmartBrightnessController.
* Removed some overlays so as to prefer the defaults.
* Update auto brightness overlays from stock display dumpsys under
OplusSmartBrightnessController.

We enabled smooth display in sm8350-common, but we purposely left out
setting the max refresh rate there as not all the sm8350 devices have
the same peak refresh rate. Set it for each device instead.

It appears that on Android 12 there's a higher status bar padding by
default, thus we need to adjust it by more or less dividing current
value by 2.

It appears that OnePlus is not using AOSP resources for display cutout.
Instead they are drawing it manually thus I used their x, y and radius
to prepare my own vector path:

* Because of config_roundedCornerMultipleRadius being set to
obnoxiously high value we end up having too high corner
border radius for Android recents.
* Also we still need to set rounded_corner_radius to something
other than 0 so that we'll have our rounded border drawables
applied. I guess that 8dp is a fair value for that.

* Set rounded_corner_radius instead of _top + _bottom
as they are exactly the same.
* Overlay rounded.xml with _top drawable as _bottom one
is the pretty much the same as _top after manually
rotating it by 90 degrees.
