Reuse the 6.6 common build while retaining WAIPIO kernel selection,
Ferrari partition sizes, shipping API and the existing hardware blobs.
Keep legacy radio declarations in the leaf manifest and replace the old
audio/PAL/AGM declarations with the common AIDL stack.
Use the common handset primary module configuration and AIDL effects
without Quasar, whose proprietary library is not supplied on Ferrari.
Load system_dlkm before the existing vendor loader. Retain the reviewed
WAIPIO module lists rather than inheriting Sun peripheral modules.

This is overriding TARGET_HEALTH_CHARGING_CONTROL_CHARGING_PATH,
previously set in the common device tree and supports controlling both
wired and wireless charging.

A compiled build has no chance of booting without the prebuilt
binaries, so fail the build if those are not present.

* This allows us to provide usable recovery image for people
who are still on OxygenOS dtbo as unmodified stock dtbo
defaults to 1080p. While it'll make UI slightly smaller
on Lineage dtbo, it doesn't make it unacceptable.
