- Rotations off the right angles fill every target cell from the nearest source block
- Source blocks that no target cell samples still place at their rotated position
- Right-angle rotations keep the direct transform
- Markers, canopy and tile data follow their resampled source blocks
- Datapack export bakes off-angle variants with the same resampler
- The unused rotateCopy paths are removed
- Placement goldens match the resampled output
