- Keep component cancellation separate from actual completion before releasing writers and deduplication claims - Reject cancelled queued component claims before they can start writing - Retain failed runtime assemblies and unpublished runtimes for shutdown retry - Gate storage and data release on completed runtime cleanup - Cover cancellation, shared writers, interrupted waits, and failed shutdown retries
