- Matches the volmlib$ handler names of the client world-open and world-type mixins
- Keys expected mixins by their mixin config file and reports the target class name
- Verifies every expected handler is an injector declared by its mixin class
- Requires every registered volmlib mixin to be audited or deliberately unaudited
