- Add the PlatformBinding rule that binds a mock platform for a class or method, unbinds on teardown and restores the previous binding - Add the PlatformLeakGuard rule that fails a class when a platform is still bound or a service is still registered at class start or end - Add IrisRuntimeState so the guard reads the registered services without adding a test-only method to the SPI - Replace the inline mock-platform setup and teardown of twenty test classes with the rule - Guard the remaining sixty-four platform and service touching core test classes - Rename the pack-compat pool fixtures to PackCompatFixtures so the two CompatFixtures names cannot collide - Scope BukkitTestServer branding to a ServerBranding rule that restores the shared mock after each test
