Brian Neumann-Fopiano 1ca943ab51 Remove Sentry 
- Remove automatic error reporting and server-identifying attachments.
- Remove Sentry dependencies, release tooling, settings, and test commands.
- Keep failures operator-visible through local stack traces and logging.
