Subject: [PATCH] Keep every view in sight above the explorer sidebar

The divider between the view list and an explorer's sidebar could sit
or be dragged above the end of the list, squeezing it into a small
scrolling area. The list's full height is now the divider's lowest
limit: it starts there and can only be dragged further down.
