Added the most important things to the Italian localization

Added:
- Italian localization for: "create-a-server.md", "manual.md", "getting-started.md".
Fixed:
- "getting-started.md": updated some links, reorganized it to be more similar to "create-a-server.md".
- "create-a-server.md": updated some links;
